Administrative Assistant Internship (Paid Opportunity)
We are a fast-growing and dynamic company in the tourism sector in Angola, offering a paid Administrative Assistant Internship for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in administrative operations, customer service, and tour coordination. Main Responsibilities:
• Assist with general office operations, including managing administrative resources and maintaining documentation.
• Support scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel logistics for the team.
• Handle internal and external communications, including emails and customer inquiries.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Support the coordination and execution of tours, ensuring quality service for clients.
• Manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are processed efficiently and client requests are met.
• Maintain contact with clients, providing relevant information and assistance.
• Create and edit basic graphic content using Canva and Visme for marketing and internal communication.
• Perform data analysis and assist in monitoring administrative performance and KPIs.
• Support budget tracking and office expense management.
Requirements:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Visme for graphic content creation is a plus.
• Interest in tourism, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
