Administrative Assistant Internship (Paid Opportunity)

We are a fast-growing and dynamic company in the tourism sector in Angola, offering a paid internship opportunity for motivated individuals eager to gain practical training in administrative operations, customer service, and tour coordination.

This position is a great opportunity to develop professional skills in a hands-on environment while continuing to the growth of Angola’s tourism industry. If you are not actively seeking an internship or temporary training position, please DO NOT APPLY.

Main Responsibilities:
– Assist with general office operations, including managing administrative resources and maintaining documentation.
– Support scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel logistics for the team.
– Handle internal and external communications, including emails and customer inquiries.
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
– Support the coordination and execution of tours, ensuring quality service for clients.
– Manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are processed efficiently and client requests are met.
– Maintain contact with clients, providing relevant information and assistance.
– Create and edit basic graphic content using Canva and Visme for marketing and internal communication.
– Perform data analysis and assist in monitoring administrative performance and KPIs.
– Support budget tracking and office expense management.

Requirements:
– Currently studying or recently graduated in Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
– Basic knowledge of Canva or Visme for graphic content creation is a plus.
– Interest in tourism, customer service, and administrative functions.
– Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
