RECRUITMENT
A Logistics Manager is required at Bosch in Angola, the successful applicant will be responsible to manage the Bosch logistics activities. Focus on warehousing, distribution & foreign trade.
Principle accountabilities:
- Manage and assure performance and quality of Bosch warehouse operations, local distribution, sea freight / air freight import; and customs processes. (Services done by external logistics service providers)
- Monitoring, supporting & steering of logistics service providers for warehousing, transportation and foreign trade (import/export)
- KPI reporting, detective controls and customs broker auditing
- Logistics interface for two Bosch divisions and their customers in Angola
- Implementation of SAP POE for warehousing and distribution in 2020/21
- Project management to implement new requirements and process improvements
- Logistics cost responsibility (incl. business planning)
- Invoice verification for logistics services
Experience required:
- 4 to 5 Years’ experience in distribution logistics, supply chain management and foreign trade
- 4 to 5 Years’ experience in warehousing, transportation and/or customs
- 3 years + working experience on MS Office, SAP POE and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
