Tour Guide
LeluTour, a fast-growing tourism company with the mission to promote the best of Angola, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team. If you are passionate about Angolan history and culture and enjoy interacting with people from all over the world, this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead private and group tours, providing enriching and personalized experiences for tourists.
• Deliver historical, cultural, and geographical information about Angola in a clear, engaging, and detailed manner.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for tourists throughout the tour.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients.
• Contribute to the success of LeluTour by offering excellent service and representing the company professionally.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (other languages are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of history, with a focus on Angolan culture and traditions.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent client experiences.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and captivate different audiences.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations quickly and efficiently.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
